A sanctuary of solidity, refined by light + proportion

Freshwater House

New Residential

in progress

A study in concrete minimalism, this home is softened by layers of warmth and carefully oriented to address true north within a tight suburban cul-de-sac in Sydney’s inner west. Modest in footprint and approved via the Complying Development (CDC) pathway, Concrete House works hard — every square metre finely tuned to support daily life, echoing Le Corbusier’s enduring idea: “a house is a machine for living in.”
