A study in concrete minimalism, softened by layers of warmth and oriented north on a tight suburban cul-de-sac in Sydney’s inner west. Modest in footprint and approved via the Complying Development pathway, this home works hard - every square metre utilised and tuned to support daily life for a family of four. We embraced the challenge of the site and brief, distilling it down until only the essential remained.
